Hi, Thanks for the tips. I have done what was suggested for the past month and >have seen results in my weight. I've gone down about eight pounds but don't >see any changes inch-wise. But I will keep on the program. It really does >seem to work. I also noticed that alot of diet aids out there say that the >more fat you have the faster it'll go away, compared to someone who only has >maybe ten pounds to lose. Our Latest Testimony & A MUST Read!

Hi Tracy! Just thought I would give you my latest update on my progress with AM-300. The last time I checked in with you I believe it was Oct or Nov. I had lost 47 lbs. and was preparing to go on a cruise in December. Now it is Jan.6 and the cruise was great! (Did not gain 1 lb and ate what I wanted ).

Now, I did not do some of the things I said I was going to do on the cruise, like use the treadmill or walk the deck of the ship, but I did not "pig-out" either - because I was not hungry! Now I have even surprised myself, but even after the holiDays have not long passed I have lost another 10 lbs!! - 34 more to go!

I wanted to lose it all by the end of February for my nephew's wedding but I don't think it will happen. But what the heck, there is another wedding in our family in June and I know I will be doing some major celebrating then!! ( I should have reached my goal by then - just in time to wear shorts!)

I cannot tell you how good I feel , the energy I have and the shock of my husbands attitude - HE is now going thru clothing catalogs and saying "I think this would look good on you - you should get it if you like it - Talk about a 180! It's great!

Also, my son is a student at a local university and he and I try to make all of the home ballgames - well this basketball season our tickets were kind of in the nosebleed section so I was a little worried about getting winded climbing the steps - well, I'm not even winded - I even go up and down several times to the restroom (must be the water!).

Anyway, I continue to tell everyone about AM-300 because they visably see what it has done for me - physically and emotionally! Thanks again - I'll update again when I'm getting close to goal - it will be a total of 90 lbs! I never thought I would happen - and with no effort! Wish me luck!

Dear Tracy- I hope I am using the correct e-mail site. Oh well, I'm a computer rookie - what can I say! Anyway, I thought I would share my success story with you so others might be encouraged. I started taking AM-300 in July and lost 40 lbs in 3 months!

Now it has taken a little longer to lose the other 6 lbs I have lost with a total of 46lbs! I still want to lose another 44 or when I feel like I am satisfied with myself.

I am not concentrating on the numbers on the scale to tell me if I look and feel good, but only how I am progressing - I have not been disappointed yet. My sister's sister-in-law had taken AM-300 and I noticed how good she looked. My sister said she would give me a few of hers to try.

I knew right away it was for me - ENERGY GALORE! And I don't mean the kind where you feel like you are climbing the walls - just "feel good, want to do things other than sleep" kind of energy. I have never been the type to leave anything left on my plate - those Days are gone. I always leave food on my plate now and order smaller portions - something I never did before.

I have not cut out any type of food. I eat anything I want - I just don't want as much as I used to (a small dinner salad will fill me up now, when a large grilled chicken salad would only tempt my taste buds for more).

I would like to say I drink all the water that is suggested, but I only drink about half that. Still can't get away from my diet cokes! Also, I never thought I would look forward to any kind of exercise. But now I love to walk 2 miles a day. It helps to have scenery - I walk along the banks of the Ohio River in the mornings and I was surprised at how theraputic it is.

Very relaxing (never thought I'd be saying that, either). Now if I could only find something to make me want to clean house - all I want to do is S-H-O-P for clothes. My husband doesn't mind though - he is thrilled with the new me.

For the first time in the 25 years we have been married, he asked me to come by his employment so everyone could see me! I was shocked! He said several of the people he works with have seen me out (probably shopping) and told he how good I looked. This kind of thing is encouraging also.

We are going on our first cruise in December, which will be my 51st birthday. My husband says I look like I'm about 35! The compliments just keep coming - and not only from him but from everyone I see! Now AM-300 is just my way of life.

I know the rest of the weight will come off and I'm just not consumed with that thought - it just happens. I keep hearing "horror stories" about going on a cruise and gaining weight - well, if that happens, it happens - but my AM-300 is going with me.

I look forward to walking the deck of the ship, eating all the healthy fruits and veggies, and occasional tropical drink, and, of course, shopping! I only weigh myself once a month. This helps me alot because I know I will have lost something by that time - I am happy with a 5 lb loss.

Hope to have reached my goal by the end of February - my nephew is getting married and I am his godmother so you know what that means - pictures! For the first time I won't be hiding from the camera. I really could go on and on but I should save some space for others. Hope this gives encouragement to others who are fighting the battle - mine has almost been won - wish me luck!
