Hi Henry,

 I see know problem posting that on the web site as a testimony.
Maybe if enough people read what actual people write then maybe some of them will believe that they too can benefit from using the Am 300's.  Like I said I feel and look better, I haven't been this size since High School and I graduated in 1974. 

So take it from me I wouldn't have someone post something that even I would stand behind unless I believe in and use the product.  It really works.

I got started because my girlfriend was taking them and she gave me some and since February when I started I drink at least 3 bottles of water everyday, with my workout that I do four time a week and I also try to watch my Total Fat content which is between 25 - 35 fat grams a day I really do feel and look better.
